Ground Beef & Bacon Mac & Cheese

1lbs. of elbow noodles, 1 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese, 1.5 lbs. bacon [1 lbs. on top in strips], Panko bread soaked in bacon grease. This is quite tame compared to Epic Meal Time; however, it’s still a horrible influence.

    That’s perfect Boomershoot food. Up there, freezing your bunz off, slogging through mud to your knees in heavy winter clothing, and doing it for 3 or 4 days, you’ll need all those fat grams to keep the body’s fires burning brightly.

    DO NOT even think about eating that if you aren’t expending at least an extra 1500 calories per day past your normal metabolic rate.
