Answers to Life

RE: My grandfather at the front-line in North Korea, 1951.

My mother had two sons die at birth, one before me, and one after.  We would have been around the same age and maybe drafted at the same time.  Maybe they knew the answers to life; that’s why they didn’t live… they didn’t want to live through the horror that they would have to go through.
