I bought white plates just so I can take pictures.


Chicken, worcheshire sauce, salt, pepper, olive oil, and thyme accompanying mushrooms and white rice.

    So I gave this a try. Substituting chicken thighs because that’s what I had.

    I really like it. My wife’s an Er doc so I’m on my own for dinner now and then and this was a nice addition to my list of things to cook. 20 minutes from “I’m hungry” to eating. What’s not to like? ๐Ÿ™‚

    mmmmmm … mushrooms on the george foreman, now why didn’t i think of that. luckily i bought a kg of mushrooms today …

      Also try roasting cherry tomatoes on the grill with the mushrooms. Great with eggs in the morning.
