Texturing – Not for the faint of heart.

GLOCK 29SF.  Back and front strap.  I call it the Octopus Grip texture.  It’s a Japanese thing; you either name it after a reptile or a sea creature with multiple tentacles.

Subtle difference in appearance, but significant for grip while dry and wet, thus, the Octopus Grip texture.

My Google-fu indicates I’m the first to name it as such.  Awesome.

    I used a soldering iron to test out texturing, but haven’t gotten up the nerve to actually use it yet.
