Woke up and did my morning routine before rolling out to the range with CS Tactical. Despite a late start due to a breakfast mix up with the bloggers and CS Tactical‘s crack like habit for Starbucks coffee, we had a good ol’ time besting our time for the Gun Blogger Steel Challenge. Great day to be outside!
Mike and I also did a little T&E between the Zeiss Victory LRF and the Swarovski LRF. Comparing our findings with the shooting facility’s known ranges of targets, it was a very interesting comparison. Be sure to tune in a few days to check out what I observed.
Bill Brassard of the NSSF joined us later that evening for a quick update followed by the guest of honor, Jeff Bader, co-founder of Solider’s Angels. Pizza was enjoyed by all and the prizes provided this year were top notch!
From the raffle alone, $2000.00 were raise for Project Valour IT! Fantastic turn out! Many thank to the GBR sponsors and bloggers, particularly Mr. Completely for putting another great fund-raiser together.
