Brazilian Cheese Bread by Simply Recipes

Instead of Tapioca four, I used Machiko flour.  Mochiko flour is the same stuff to make mochi.  With mochiko,  I think it’s a tad more chewy than it should be, but they seem to turn out well.  Give it a try.  It’s actually one of the easiest recipes.
