Unusual dinner combination.

Visual = meh. Taste = win.

Thomas Jefferson’s Macaroni and Cheese

Seasoned pan seared filet mignon.  Baked in oven with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper at 350˚F for 20 minutes.

Boiled peas and cauliflower.

    Hardly unusual; mac/cheese/steak was basic law-school fare for many meals. Cook some big steaks and a giant bowl of mac & cheese; graze off both for the rest of the week, microwaving as needed.

    Your version appears to be much more culinarily sophisticated, however.
