Ramsay’s Baked Pork Chops

I tried this recipe this evening and it turned out very well.  I couldn’t find any red chili peppers, so I substituted it with green chili peppers instead.  The market didn’t have any pork chops with the fat on it.  I just picked up any variety so as long as it had the bone.  Surprisingly, the piquant sauce was the best part of this recipe.
