Check out GBR-IV Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4!
I didn’t show up for the Thursday morning breakfast; however, everyone slowly trickled in to the hospitality room at Silver Legacy during the afternoon. I first saw Kevin of The Smallest Minority and caught up a bit. Several moments later, other bloggers started to arrive! First order of business was to visit Scheel’s, the premiere retailer of sports and recreational equipment. Scheel’s has been open since 1902 and currently operates 23 locations throughout the United States. Scheel’s Reno, NV location happens to be the largest – boasting about 250,000 square feet of space! The tour wasn’t bad, but the store and selection were fantastic. I bought some fudge (yum), but not much else. A special thanks to the staff at Scheel’s for allowing all of us gun bloggers to peruse the awesome gun selection they have.
Later that evening, we grabbed a bite to eat at a buffet and I actually headed off to bed quite early.
- Both fresh and salt water displays hold 13,000 gallons of water!
