My shirts came out VERY nice, but I was put off with the 1911 pictured – it’s ready at condition 2. Not wanting to redo the entire art, I attempted to modify it as such… I’ll have to avoid it for a few days to see if it’s to my liking. In the mean time, do you all approve? Don’t care?
Compare condition 1 above with condition 2 below.
I didn’t want to mention it =)
Sure. Tell me after I print a few shirts out – including your own. =P
I like it.
Cool! I know you were interested. You can purchase it at http://www.cafepress.com/dc80. If you want me to modify a color for you, let me know. For instance, the logo is set right now for black logo on a dark shirt. If you wanted a white logo on a black or blue shirt, I’ll have to modify it. Let me know if that is the case.
Well… I don’t mind either way.
However, 1911 aficionados usually claim that the brilliance of JMB’s design is that you can carry it “cocked and locked” for maximum shooty goodness.
When I carried my 1991A1 Commander, it was cocked and locked… My current carry guns are DA/SA, though…
Fred,
You’re right. Most people I’ve talked to didn’t care either way. Personally, it bugged me a lot…
I looked down at my shirt and noticed the gun. That’s how I eventually found out – weeks after I created the design.
Thanks for stopping by Fred. Sorry for the late follow up.
