Justice David Souter reveals plan to retire… again.  I was relieved to hear his name as opposed to the Justices who affirmed the federal appeals court ruling from the landmark case, District of Columbia vs. Heller.  It’ll be interesting to see who will be appointed to the bench as Souter’s replacement.
