I made a few more holsters in anticipation that I will receive more GLOCK key chains.  It looks like it may not happen =(.  I’ll have to grab as many as I can at SHOT Show next year .

US War Department marksmanship video. It’s practically Appleseed; on video. Just figured out why my 1903 sling felt awkward… I had it on backwards and failed to turn it to my support arm. The difference is astronomical. To me at least.

I did the math and calculated that it took me exactly 160 days (from scheduling the appointment to a permit in my hand) to receive my CCW.  Hopefully, Sacramento Co. will straighten up.

“Your [Sacramento Co., CA] application for a Concealed Weapons Permit has been approved…” pending clearance from DOJ/FBI. I take the class on Monday.  Are you a Sacramento Co. resident?  You should apply – now. Wait.  You should have done this three months ago.  Never mind.  Seriously.  Right now.

Paid for the online course. Finished it while eating a hamburger. Annoyed throughout the “course,” but tastey beer kept me happy. I’ll be sure to send that certificate to PLACER COUNTY when I receive it.

In La Jolla today.  Went for another walk to see if I could make it to the beach in an alloted time.  I didn’t.  Next time.

I took a random picture of a cow I encountered last week.  It’s not everyday you drive by a cow so close. Anyway, I’m starting to find a good balance.  Hopefully, I will my resume reviews.
