From Scott Folk, Apex Tactical Specialties, Inc.

LOS OSO, Calif. – Apex Tactical Specialties, Inc. (ATS) announced the pending release of their new J-Frame Duty/Carry Spring Kit.  Keeping with their present product lines the D/C J-Frame kit is a Drop in that reduces trigger pull weight and maintains absolute reliability for Carry applications.

Boasting a trigger pull just over 9lbs, the Apex J-Frame kit is a must have for armed professionals who prefer their backup guns have an easily manageable trigger pull.  The kit is available for all 38 and 357 caliber modern J-Frame revolvers with the frame mounted firing pin.

“Fine tuning the J-Frame is something we’ve been perfecting for years” Said Scott Folk vice president of Apex Tactical, “Improving the trigger pull should greatly help the shootability of the J-Frame revolvers.”

The J-Frame DC Kit will be released at the NRA Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA on April 29th and will be available from dealers such as MidwayUSA and Brownells.

Scott also mentioned of a force-on-force training product; Apex Marking Systems Technology (MST). Reportedly, it will make make folks honest when it comes to hits, but it’s not a paintball or other marking cartridge… something completely different. Stay tuned for their announcement at the NRA show next week. Though it’ll only be made available to the LE/MIL market first, the general public will eventually have their shot.
